^check which version of QuickTime you have. I downloaded 7 it was enough. If still problem continues then uninstall and reinstall.

I have renewed my laptop few weeks ago, so I had download and install it again.. I have downloaded and installed that one on first page which I have posted there and it worked. I thought I had to restart my laptop but it worked without.

u cant, they have to have the same no. of frames :)

You can try to adjust their frame number. Say your longest gif has 50 frames, all the other ones should be adjusted in a way that they have 50 frames. you can do it by doubling or deleting frames.
