Open all the pics which u want to use

Now select part of the pictures u want on the siggy..crop the picture and put it on the new document.

Arrange the pictures in a way so that they overlap each other slightly.. Now erase out some parts from the over lapping pic to blend them

After u r done with blending merge them by going to Layer>Merge visible

Now adjust brightness and add effects..Add text of ur choice and u r done

Since last time i used PS it was more then 8 months ago i forgot how to put the stoke effect to the objects.

Okay i have a hat and i want to put a borned around it and noise it, just the border.

How's that possible?

this is simple

take any pic in PNG

for example this one

then write your text

marge the text and the pic together, if you want, to make your life easier, but in this way u have to make sure that the text is not on the image, because the part on the image will be not animated.

duplicate the layer

then to one of the layers just some outglow and dropshadow and the work is done

if you marge the layers
