Siddhant and Simran check up Sia and look after her. Simran doesn't send her to a hospital and Aastha is upset about all the attention Sia is getting. Saurabh too is thoughtful about Simran's reaction towards Sia, but says nothing. Abhi is worried about Sia and misses her but doesn't call. Aastha and Sid have an argument over Sia and Sid tells her that he cannot bear her grudges in mind when treating a patient. Aastha is hurt. She asks Simran why Sia has been coming back to India so frequently. Simran tells her that her mother is dead. But Aastha asks her why Simran is doing all this for her. To that Simran says that she will realize that only when she becomes a doctor herself. However, Aastha says that she doesn't ever want to become a doctor since she knows doctors who are selfish and heartless and she doesn't want to be one of them.
