Chapter 2

Ram realised that a familiar shadow ran on a distance but not visible to him clearly, so he tried to jump on his toes but due to the tall height of his father which was in between, he couldn't, all he could saw was long dark black hair and doe-shaped deep brown eyes.

The eyes hypnotize him so much that he didn't bother for Rishab and just moved him aside. Ram was about to follow as was in highly drunk state but Vikrant not let him to fall. Ram kept walking in the direction where the eyes he has seen but the person belonged to them was no where.

Ram became distressed as he wasn't able to meet the girl. He, with heavy and hurtful heart drove  off for his favourite spot, where he used to reach from the childhood, where he has lost his everything, his orphanage church.

He controlled and ran inside the orphanage, which was now, he owned. When Rishab adopted him, he came for the last time to complain the Jesus and also tonight.

*Twenty years back*

Ram, a little eight years old boy, was playing in the garden when a young beautiful lady, collided with him, who was just came their in the search of a new borne child to adopt, with her husband. She was going back empty handed, with a fallen face but then she saw the little toddler Ram and she thought that her search was completed.

She knelt down on the ground and smiled, but her happy tears and the pain of not being his mother joined her too. He realised she was crying, so he wiped her tears and asked, "Why are you crying Aunty?"

She smiled, "I am sorry bacche! I am just thinking can I ....can i ask you something," she chocked.

He nodded his head in a yes, "Will you come to my home"

"Ok bu...."before he could complete Sister Martha came and announced, "Mr. Kapoor has done all the formalities to adopt this child, Ram for you as a birthday gift Mrs. Nandini Kapoor, now you can take him forever"

The smile shrunk from the face of little Ram who was supposed to say yes for any special day with Sister Martha and his bestie but the man didn't listen anything and was taking him home forcefully, in the little child's eye and ran away crying which was noticed by someone

A little five year old girl  who followed him towards their to find him out as he was going to complain Jesus.

He ran towards the church and complained Jesus, "Why Jesus? Why are you always unhappy with me."

"Jesus! Why don't you tell him that you are frustrated with his complaints," he heard from the back, it was her.

He ran towards her and said, "I don't want to go, with that man"

"He is your father now buddhu, don't talk nonsense," she corrected him.

"Pri you are so sweet, that aunty is also very sweet but not that man," he argued with her.

She looked at him with frown, "no, I said"

"Ok but I wouldn't go without you," he announced.

"We all know that adoption can be done for only one child as per Sister Martha, not two," and pouted she.

He stubbornly said, "then I wouldn't go"

"Main to ye chance kabhi nahi jane deti buddhu, " snapping her head.

"Kyu tu meri bestie nahi hai Priyu," he asked at which she continued, "we are orphans and getting foster parents are our goodluck buddhu! Sister Martha kehti hain, ma ke pyaar se badhkar kisi ka pyar aur dosti nahi hoti and your mother is really very sweet," she smiled and the little one said a huge thing so easily.

He hugged her hard, "Will you come their home to meet me"

"Ofcourse why not. She may come anytime," Rishab said.

But she never came as his father didn't allowed and when he went to orphanage she was adopted too.

*Today*

"She taught me that day that having parents is goodluck but she was wrong," Ram was hurt very hurt.

He murmured, "I would become a best father but can't be a husband," then he senses a shadow but no one was their and he remained with a frown.
