Zee TV show ‘Bhagya Lakshmi’ fame Aishwarya Khare and ‘Meet’ fame Ashi Singh talk about Children’s Day

It is the kids’ day today as children all over spend their day in all excitement and joy. It is also Jawaharlal Nehru’s birthday on 14th November. India Forums got in touch with Zee TV actresses Aishwarya Khare and Ashi Singh and asked them about their thoughts on Children’s day.

Aishwarya Khare who plays the role of Lakshmi in Zee TV’s Bhagya Lakshmi mentioned, “I believe every day is children’s day when we are kids, it’s just that we don’t know it when we are. When we are kids we all want to grow up fast without knowing that adulting is not easy. I remember, on this day my parents used to pamper my sisters and me a lot.  We always used to buy new clothes and wear them to our school’s children’s day party. I believe that every person has a little child inside them and they should never let them grow. I wish everyone a very happy Children’s Day!”

Ashi Singh, who plays the role of Meet Hooda in Zee TV’s Meet mentioned, “Children’s Day has always been exciting for me in school days. In school all our teachers used to prepare some acts and perform for us, this was one of the days when teachers didn’t scold us and give us the leeway to be ourselves a little bit. I believe Children’s Day is a day when parents pamper their kid’s requests and do little things to make them feel special. Although I am an adult now, I still do mischief time and again and I think we should always keep that child in us alive.
