Fitness means being hale and hearty.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Every day, I walk for at least half an hour as it helps a lot to stay fit. Also every alternate days I do yoga as it helps me to have a mental peace.

Not at all, I am a big foodie I eat everything but in limit.
