Actress Kajal Pisal, who is seen on Star Plus' Saath Nibhana Saathiya, speaks to us about how she
maintains her body and what is her secret behind this well maintained figure.
Also, talks to us about her fitness regime. What does fitness mean to you? What is the idea of fitness?
Fitness means being hale and hearty.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
Every day, I walk for at least half an hour as it helps a lot to stay fit. Also every alternate days I do yoga as it helps me to have a mental peace.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Not at all, I am a big foodie I eat everything but in limit.
Do you take protein supplements?
No.
Are there any sports you are skilled at?
Badminton and Throw Ball.

What is your fitness secret?
Workout, eating healthy food and drinking lots of water.
A Fitness tips for your fan?
Just treat your body with care and be happy.
