Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira's plan to expose Meher fails miserably

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with Abhira admitting to Armaan that she got frightened because of Meher’s actions. However, Armaan turns the blame on Abhira, accusing her of failing in her responsibility towards Maira. He questions her intentions and says that instead of genuinely caring for Mukti, she only used her as a way to reach Maira. Abhira tries to defend herself and explain her side, but Armaan refuses to listen. In a heartbreaking moment, he declares that he wants to end all ties with her and removes the ring from her finger. Maira witnesses this and is left stunned. As she rushes in panic, she stumbles and falls, prompting Armaan to immediately rush to her aid. Both Abhira and Mukti try to help, but Maira, shaken and confused, asks Armaan to take her away from people she now sees as strangers. Mukti urges Armaan to at least have a conversation, but he refuses, firmly stating that Abhira is completely at fault.

Meanwhile, Meher takes the opportunity to taunt Abhira, mocking her for losing both Armaan and Maira. She further tries to manipulate Mukti, asking if she is scared of her and whether she wants to return to her parents. Abhira firmly steps in and warns Meher to stay away from Mukti. Meher, however, continues her provocation and tells Abhira to stay out of her marriage, claiming that Armaan now hates her and even the Poddar family is tired of her presence.

Abhira, determined, declares that she will expose Meher’s truth. Meher confidently responds that Armaan trusts her blindly and will never believe anything against her. The confrontation intensifies as both challenge each other. In a shocking moment, Meher openly admits that she brutally killed Rajat and claims no one can ever prove it. Abhira refuses to back down and promises to send her to jail. Meher, unfazed, reveals that her wedding with Armaan will take place within 48 hours. Mukti, worried, asks Abhira what her next step will be. That’s when Abhira notices the CCTV setup and decides to use it to expose Meher in front of everyone.

Abhira then sneaks into the matron’s room to retrieve the CCTV data. Mukti grows anxious, fearing Abhira might get caught at any moment. Despite the risk, Abhira manages to begin transferring the footage. Just then, the matron is about to enter, increasing the tension. Thinking quickly, Abhira asks Mukti to distract the matron, and Mukti successfully does so, helping Abhira escape being caught.

Later, Abhira decides to send the CCTV evidence directly to Armaan. However, before she can do anything, Meher intervenes and destroys Abhira’s phone. She mocks Abhira, questioning how she could believe that such a confession would be recorded when cameras are everywhere. Meher then reveals that she controls everything at Maira’s school and has already erased all CCTV evidence. She further advises Abhira to accept money and settle down with Mukti instead of interfering in Armaan and Maira’s lives. Abhira is left completely shaken by this revelation.

On the other hand, Maira, still disturbed from her fall, begins thinking about Mukti. In a moment of emotional conflict, she decides to cut off their bond and convinces herself that Mukti is fake.

Elsewhere, Madhav brings a dress for Kaveri and notices that she seems uneasy. Kaveri questions if he is upset, but Madhav reassures her, saying he understands why she lied about her health. Kaveri feels relieved and thanks him for standing by her. Madhav then expresses his belief that Abhira and Armaan can never reunite now. Kaveri, however, points out that Abhira is still fighting for the truth. Their attention shifts as they see Abhira in a serious discussion with Aryan and Tanya.

Abhira asks Aryan to help her transfer the data from her phone, while Tanya requests Abhira’s help in preparing kajal, which Abhira agrees to. Aryan becomes curious and questions why Abhira is so desperate to transfer the data and what she means when she says Meher is dangerous. Abhira chooses not to reveal the truth, saying she cannot risk Aryan and Tanya’s lives by involving them. Aryan then informs her that her phone is already switched off, making the data transfer impossible. Tanya questions why Abhira is still trying to protect Armaan after everything. Abhira explains that she is doing it for both Armaan and Maira because she knows the reality of Meher. However, she soon realizes that without the CCTV footage, she has no proof left, leaving her feeling that everything is slipping out of her hands.

In the precap, Armaan is seen burning all his wedding pictures with Abhira, symbolizing his decision to erase her from his life completely. Meanwhile, Damyanti warmly welcomes the Poddar family for the wedding rituals but stops them midway, insisting that the aarti must be performed first. Just then, Abhira makes a shocking entry, leaving the entire Poddar family stunned.
