Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira reaches hospital but is declared DEAD, Mukti breaks down in tears

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with Nakul expressing his emotions to Disha, saying that a father stands strong like a shield when his daughter faces difficulties, but once she is married, that same father becomes vulnerable. He then asks Aryan to always support and protect Disha. Aryan and Disha seek Nakul's blessings by touching his feet, while Damyanti gives her blessings to Disha, advising her to stay happy and keep the family united. Aryan shares an emotional hug with Damyanti.

Meanwhile, someone rushes an unconscious Abhira to the hospital with Mukti. At the same time, Kaveri notices Abhira's phone and starts questioning her whereabouts. At the hospital, doctors begin treating Abhira as Mukti anxiously waits outside.

The doctor asks Mukti about Abhira's medical history and blood group, but Mukti helplessly admits she has no information. She pleads with the doctor to save Abhira at any cost. The doctor insists on getting a consent signature before proceeding, leaving Mukti worried about whom to contact. She tries calling Nilesh for help, but he informs her that he is out of town. Mukti feels stuck as the doctor warns that Abhira's condition is getting critical and a specialist needs to be called immediately.

Back at the Poddar house, preparations are underway as Disha and Aryan are warmly welcomed. Tanya expresses her concern about Abhira's sudden disappearance to Kaveri, who, in turn, observes Meher's reaction. Armaan grows increasingly uneasy, wondering whether Abhira is in trouble or simply left without meeting him. His restlessness keeps building.

At the hospital, Mukti receives unexpected support from garage workers, who step forward to help her financially. She is overwhelmed as she learns about the seriousness of Abhira's condition.

During the rituals at the Poddar house, Manisha suggests that Armaan and Abhira should perform the veneration together, but Vidya quickly corrects her, reminding her that Armaan is soon going to marry Meher. Kaveri tells Tanya that Abhira would never leave without informing anyone. Meanwhile, Meher secretly wishes for Abhira's death and deliberately stops Armaan from contacting her. When Armaan questions Kaveri about Abhira, Sanjay comments that Abhira has gone missing just like she did years ago.

Armaan's worry for Abhira continues to grow. At the hospital, Mukti keeps urging Abhira to fight for her life, while Maira also senses something is wrong and becomes uneasy. Vidya insists that Armaan and Meher complete the ritual together. Maira advises Armaan to focus on his future with Meher instead of thinking about Abhira, who has always left them behind. After much confusion, Armaan decides to move forward and think about his future.

Elsewhere, Mittal questions Meher about her urgency to get married quickly. Meher reveals her true motive, saying that if Abhira returns—whether alive or dead—Armaan may refuse to marry her, which is why she wants the wedding to happen as soon as possible.

At the hospital, the doctor makes every possible effort to save Abhira, but suddenly notices the monitor turning into a flat line, leaving him shocked. At the same moment, back at the Poddar house, the aarti thali slips from Armaan and Maira’s hands, creating an unsettling atmosphere.

Mukti rushes to Abhira and desperately calls out to her, pleading for her to open her eyes. The doctor approaches Mukti and apologises, but she refuses to accept the reality and lashes out in disbelief. Completely shattered, Mukti breaks down, continuing to talk to Abhira and begging her to wake up, unable to cope with the fear of losing her.

On the other hand, Armaan prays deeply, asking God to keep Abhira safe and help him find her. Despite everything, his concern for her remains strong.

In the precap, Abhira confronts Meher and questions how long she plans to hide her reality. Meher tells her to wait and watch. Armaan, hurt and angry, demands answers from Meher for manipulating his emotions. Abhira declares that Meher's truth will soon be revealed and her plans are about to fail.
