Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira and Armaan to share a room as husband and wife after years apart

Tonight’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai opens with Kaveri lashing out at Vidya, accusing her of trying to control Armaan’s life after failing to manage her own relationships. She blames Vidya for destroying Armaan’s happiness and says that after burning her own bonds, Vidya now deserves to face the consequences. In a fit of anger, Kaveri throws Vidya out of the house, making it clear that she will not let her interfere in the lives of Abhira, Armaan, or Maira anymore. She firmly states that Vidya has no right to stay with them, especially after breaking her own family. Kaveri warns her to leave before things get worse and shuts the door on her, leaving Vidya in tears outside.

As Vidya cries helplessly, Maira thinks about everything and grows increasingly upset. Meanwhile, Armaan recalls past memories and eventually opens the door, bringing Vidya back inside. Madhav questions Armaan’s decision, asking how many times he will be hurt before he finally understands Vidya’s reality.

Vidya feels relieved seeing Armaan by her side and insists that he understands her intentions. She claims that Armaan now realizes why she separated him from Abhira. However, Madhav interrupts and warns Armaan not to fall into her trap again. Despite everything, Armaan allows Vidya inside but sets a boundary. He tells her she can stay happy for a few moments, but after that, he will not allow her to get close to him or even speak to him, as he no longer considers her family.

Vidya is shattered by his words and refuses to accept that he can cut ties with her. She tries to justify her actions, saying she did everything for Armaan and Maira. But Armaan chooses to ignore her completely. Vidya pleads with him not to turn away, yet breaks down when she realizes no one is supporting her. The Poddar family collectively distances themselves from her.

Elsewhere, Kajal attempts to seek forgiveness from Abhira, but Abhira refuses to acknowledge her. Kajal then turns to Vidya, urging her to accept the truth. Vidya requests Kajal to at least tell Armaan that she wasn’t wrong, but Kajal refuses to lie anymore. She admits that their decisions destroyed the family. While Vidya defends their intentions, Kajal firmly states that they ended up ruining their children’s lives. Still, Vidya shifts the blame onto Abhira and decides she will never forgive her.

On the other hand, Mukti decides to leave the house and move to a hostel, believing her presence may be causing trouble. Armaan stops her from leaving, and the entire family—including Kaveri, Madhav, Manisha, Disha, Tanya, and Aryan—comes forward to accept her warmly. Mukti is overwhelmed by their support and gets emotional.

In another moment, Maira regrets doubting Abhira. Abhira gently explains that Maira was too young to fully understand the situation back then. Realizing her mistake, Maira apologizes sincerely. The two share an emotional moment and promise to always stand by each other.

In the precap, Kaveri makes a surprising announcement. Kaveri stops Abhira from moving to the guest room, clearly stating that Abhira will not stay there. Abhira then asks where she should stay and suggests shifting to the outhouse instead. Kaveri takes her to Armaan’s room and declares that Abhira will stay in the same room as Armaan. She goes on to explain that neither Armaan nor Abhira was at fault for what happened eight years ago, and now that the misunderstanding has finally been cleared, it is time for them to give their relationship another chance. This unexpected decision leaves both Armaan and Abhira completely stunned. But will this sudden step truly bring them closer, or open the door to new complications?
