Will Don series come to an end? Shah Rukh Khan is not interested!

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Aanand L Rai's Zero which received mixed reviews from the audience and since then fans are waiting for the superstar to announce his next project. However, when SRK opted out of Saare Jahaan Se Achha and Don 3, fans were disappointed. Post which there were reports stating Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor or Vicky Kaushal might be the probable choices for the film.

But as per the recent reports, it seems that the Don franchise has come to an end. According to Deccan Chronicle,  Shah Rukh Khan is not interested in being a part of the franchise anymore and hence Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar might not make Don 3 after all. The report further states Farhan Akhtar neither has a script nor a plot and the news of other actors taking over the series is absolutely baseless.

It seems that SRK is completely focusing on the content now as his past few films turned out to be a disappointment for the fans.

Meanwhile, the actor will be dubbing for Mufasa in The Lion King along with his elder son Aaryan Khan who will be dubbing for Simba in the movie.
