Kapil Sharma went missing from action last year after Family Time With Kapil Sharma went off air midway. The actor had a hard time for last one and a half year and finally is back on small screen with a completely new spirit.

He is back with second season of The Kapil Sharma Show and what an amazing beginning he had. Since the first episode, he made it clear that this time he is here to stay and the TRP came yesterday (January 11) proved his point. The show opened with flying colours and bagged the second spot and came first on Sony TV.

And, this occasion obviously calls for a celebration.

From cutting cake to laughing out loud, the team had a gala time. Kapil took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post and wrote, "Thank u so much to all the viewers for giving so much love to #TheKapilSharmaShow we the team of #tkss will keep working hard to make u guys smile n happy. Keep smiling n stay happy n healthy always. Love u all " [sic]

Meanwhile, Kapil's co-actors have shared that Ginni, whom he got married to recently has changed his life for good. She was also present at the celebrations.

Sharing about the success of the show, Bharti Singh, had told in a statement, "The credit behind the show's success goes to Kapil's wife, who has proved to be a lucky charm for him. I am happy naye saal ki shuruwat aisi hui."
