Ms.S.K. 9 years ago Shubhaji is absolutely right. In my opinion item numbers are here today and gone tomorrow, where as well written songs will be remembered for a long time. Who will remember Munni badam hui, Jalebi Bai, Sheila Ki Jawani and recent one Chikni Chameli in a year two years time. Where as songs from old movies Shree 420, Aawara, even the 70's & 80's songs are still worth listening.
