The actor is known for his work in films like, "Badmaash Company", "Delhi Belly" and "Shivaay". He was last seen in "Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi" in 2017. Apart from that, Vir's Netflix special Abroad Understanding was released in April 2017, in the process of becoming the first Indian comedian with a comedy special on the platform. In June 2017 Das was also named one of Variety's "10 Comics to Watch for 2017.
