Vijayendra Kumeria's wife Preeti Bhatia talks about her inspiration Behind creating 'Jahaan Chaand Rehta Hai'
Producer of the show Preeti Bhatia, speaks about her inspiration behind the show.

Jahaan Chaand Rehta Hai, which recently came on air, has been getting all the attention for the right reasons. Producer of the show Preeti Bhatia, speaks about her inspiration behind the show. She says,” My inspiration behind creating ' Jahaan Chaand Rehta Hai' was astronaut Kalpana Chawla, who dared to dream of belonging to a very small place. She followed her dreams, and the rest is history. The message I would like to convey to the audience is that "Education is one thing no one can take away from you." A simple but powerful reminder of the positive domino effect a good Education can have on many aspects of a person's life and outlook.”
She further adds, "The title 'Jahaan Chaand Rehta Hain' is intriguing because we want to emphasize it because if you have the determination, perseverance and willpower, then there is nothing that can stop you.
Our main characters in the show are Kiran and Raghav. Sonam Lamba is playing the character of Kiran, who is our main protagonist and Raghav Dheer is playing the role of Aman. Even the rest of the cast has been fantastic and makes the entire show perfect for us.”

In an era of digital streaming platforms, what made you choose DD Television as the platform to air your show, and what do you think is the role of traditional television in today's media landscape?
Preeti strongly shares her opinion on this. She says,” Doordarshan will always be my first priority. I started my career as a Public Broadcaster. I am extremely thankful and grateful to this organization which has given me everything. From our mainstream tv channels, DD National still has the maximum reach -- it is available in the remotest area of India. There were so many good shows like Hum Log, Buniyaad, Surabhi, Chitrahaar, and Rangoli, which used to come on DD, and many of us actually grew along with these shows.”
