Vicky Kaushal reminisces his ‘background dancer days’ as gears up to play one in Govinda Naam Mera'

Vicky Kaushal is all over the headlines these days since the trailer of him upcoming film Govinda Naam Mera is out. The film which is touted to be a comedy thriller is helmed by Shashank Khaitaan and is backed by Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta under Dharma Productions. The movie will also star Kiara Advani and Bhoomi Pednekar alongside Vicky Kaushal.

In the trailer, we can see that Kaushal will be a playing a choreographer in the film. 

Today the Raazi actor took to his social media handle and shared a throwback picture of his where he was seen on the stage as a background dancer.

It is a childhood picture wherein few girls dressed in cute frocks are dancing on the stage, while Vicky is seen standing behind donning a white shirt and black pants and a bandana on his head.

Sharing the picture, he wrote,“Background mein dance karne ka boht shauk hai life mein #GovindaNaamMeraOnHotstar| Dec 16”

As soon as Vicky dropped this picture, fans showered him with love and praises. Farhan Akhtar also took to the comments area and wrote “love it”.

Recently the first song of the film ‘Bijli’ was unveiled and have been received immense love from the fans and viewers. The song featuring Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal is currently trending on music apps and have hit millions of views on Youtube.

The film Govinda Naam Mera will be released on Disney Plus Hotstar on 16th December.
