Valentine’s Day Special: 6 Celebs From Popular TV Shows Share Their Plans!

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, various celebrities from the famous shows of And TV share their plans. Celebrities from shows like Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, Gudiya Humari Sabhi Pe Bhari, Santoshi Maa- Sunaye Vrat Kathayein amongst others share with us the importance of this special day in their lives.

I don’t believe much in the significance of this day, but absolutely love how each person likes to celebrate this day in their own manner. There is a spirit of positivity and happiness in the air and the entire town gets painted in shades of red. 

Although being a single person, I don’t have any major plans I would like to spend the day in the same positive and happy atmosphere. I hope to wrap up my shoot for &TV’s Santoshi Maa – Sunaye Vrat Kathayein a little earlier than usual and binge watch some good old romantic classics at home.

Love is a pure feeling that should be felt and celebrated daily. It could be with anyone – parents, siblings or even a spouse. And I believe in enjoying each day with the people I love. While I usually go out to meet a few friends, this Valentine’s Day will be a celebration with the cast and crew of my show Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram.

I have never been a believer of Valentine’s Day and always kept it to a low-key outing or small dinner with my family. With most of time spent shooting for Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, it’s difficult to even get time off on birthdays. However, this year, I decide to wind up shoot early and spend time with my husband and daughter, followed by dinner at our favorite place. Spending each minute with them brightens my day and I am looking forward to spending some quality time with them this Valentine’s day.

Sarika Bahroliya aka Gudiya from Gudiya Humari Sabhi Pe Bhari

For me, the emotion of love is eternal and unconditional, just one day dedicated to love is unfair. However, I am single and completely focused on my work, so this year my work is my valentine (laughs). Having said that, I believe love is not only the romantic kind. On Valentine’s day I will mostly be shooting for Gudiya Humari Sabhi Pe Bhari after which I will join my friends for an intimate celebration and dinner.

Tanvi Dogra a.k.a Swati from Santoshi Maa – Sunaye Vrat Kathayein

Love for me is when someone is so important to you that you always want to see them smile. Being able to understand your special someone, even when they resist seeking help and say they are okay. I remember when I was in the second standard, a boy asked me, 'Will you be my girlfriend?' I said no and started laughing. That's one of the most interesting Valentine's Day memories that stands out for me.

Kamna Pathak a.k.a Rajesh Happu Singh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan

The idea of just having one day dedicated love is unfair, because if you really love someone one day is far less to show them how much they mean to you. This is the reason I have never celebrated Valentine’s Day and do not plan on doing so even this year. I am currently busy shooting for my show Happu Ki Ultan Paltan which is my focus right now. I would like to take the route of love slowly and gradually.
