Twinkle Khanna approves hubby Akshay Kumar starrer Bell Bottom as ‘must watch’

Akshay Kumar starrer Bell Bottom is known to be one of the most anticipated films this year. While the release date draws closer, fans are excited to watch the promising drama which also stars Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, and Huma Qureshi. Directed by Ranjit M Tewari, the film has been decorating the news ever since it received positive reviews from the critics. Now, actor-turned-author Twinkle Khanna has said that Akshay Kumar's Bell Bottom is a 'must watch' film. 

Twinkle, in a social media post on Wednesday, shared a picture of the couple heading for the premiere in London and she even reviewed the film.

Approving Akki's film by sharing a candid picture, Twinkle captioned the picture, "Looks like a walk in the park but we are actually heading to something even better, the screening of Mr K’s fabulous movie-Bellbottom! #mustwatch."

Interestingly, Akshay Kumar took to the comments section to express his happiness at Twinkle's approval of the film.

"It feels like a walk in the park when she approves #BellBottom is a #mustwatch, she said it, not me (tongue out emoji)," he commented. 

On the other hand, Ajay Devgn is all praises for his dear friend and colleagues’ upcoming release. He took to his Twitter handle and said, "Dear Akki, I’ve been hearing good reviews of Bell Bottom. Congratulations Also, your leap of faith in making it a theatrical release is praiseworthy. With you in this."

Apparently, the trailer release of Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom was a successful event since the advent of Coronavirus. The film is touted to be one of the first big-scale Bollywood films to be released in theatres following the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.

While the trailer has left everyone stunned, the majority of the credits go to actress Lara Dutta who took the internet by storm. Fans couldn't miss Dutta’s grand appearance as she was seen performing the role of Indira Gandhi in the recently released trailer, and let us assure you, the actress looked ‘completely unrecognizable’.
