Teaching is a noble cause and teachers
are known for providing good education to their students which can help them to
grow in their life. The teaching given in the childhood is remembered and
appreciated life time and the knowledge just adds on at every stage of life.
So teachers are the most important part in the life of the students and with the good part it can also turn bad if the teacher fails to deliver their right duty which they are supposed to give to their students.
Nowadays crimes have been increasing highly against students and so we got into touch with our TV celebs who are also parents to know about their views on such shameful crime.
Here is what they have to say...
Shakti Anand last seen in Sony TV show Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap says, "It is very sad as the
teachers on whom we look for from ages as Guru are doing such shameful crime. Gurus are meant to come before parents in terms of respect and we have
an example of Eklavya who gave out his thumb for his guru Dhronacharya.
So I feel teachers who don't understand their duty and go beyond their limit should be punished and in fact their license should be cancelled and they should not be allowed to continue further. As parents we think we are sending our children for gauging knowledge and developing IQ skills which will continue forever but because of some wrong teachers the child might get wrong impression throughout the life which sets as a bad example to them. Today kids should be socially careful, kids need to be more vocal and parents on the other side should educate their kids about the happenings of crime and getting cautious about them."
Talented Hiten Tejwani seen as Manav in Zee TV popular show Pavitra Rishta says, "Teachers are meant for teaching lessons which is good but teaching a lesson in a bad manner which are not meant to be taught. There should be a proper punishment given to such teachers who misuse their power and duty. I feel children should be made things understand through love rather by punishments. In today's age kids get more rebellious if someone punishes them so they should be treated with love rather than anger."
Lovable Juhi Parma Shroff popular as Kumkum from Kumkum-Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan of Star Plus says,
"It is a shocking thing to hear about crimes taking place against children, teacher who resembles
Guru and learning about teacher's heinous crime, it hurts. They should think
themselves as even they might be a parent to someone and doing such cruel things
in really disappoints. Being in a good pedestal they
should understand their duty and give respect to it. I have one and a half year
old girl and after knowing about such ongoing crimes towards students I have
personally became more cautious towards my child as the crime can happen
anywhere starting from the school bus itself."
Barkha Bisht Sengupta seen in the newly launch channel Sony Pal's show Tum Sath Ho Jab Apne says, "Teaching is a noble cause and education which is meant to be provided by teachers are it is very much important but it is shameful when teachers who we look up to perform such heinous crime. Teaching is a profession and it should be taken sincerely. I am a very chilled out mother to my daughter, after hearing about crimes going on I have become much more cautious and have started educating her about crimes and about wrong or right touch basically making her understand to be alert."
Rupal Patel seen as Kokila in Star Plus popular show Saath Nibhana Saathiya says, "It is very shameful to hear about such crimes. This thing not only affects the child mentally but also physically. We need to oppose such crime which is affecting the well- being of children. Punishment is very much important to reduce such crime against students. I have a son and I am very much cautious towards him as according to me it is easier to make understand the child by love and talking with them rather than punishing them."
