Trailer of Nawazuddin and Athiya’s Motichoor Chaknachoor out! Receives overwhelming response

After a long wait, the trailer of the much-anticipated film of 2019 Motichoor Chaknachoor is out and has been on the receiving end of only good responses. The film has been in the news for all the right reasons since the time it was announced, and the hilarious trailer that dropped in today seems like a breath of fresh air.

Talking of the film featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Athiya Shetty, it is a quirky comedy that is touted to be one of its kind family entertainers. The trailer has been received very well with the fans and seems like they can't wait to watch it. In the span of just two hours, the trailer has crossed over 4 lakh views. The fans are raving about the punches in the trailer in the comments section.

Earlier, the film’s director Debamitra Hasan had made some serious accusations against producer Rajesh Bhatia. The bickering arose due to minor creative differences and nonpayment of dues, but it went on to get worse with abuses being hurled and people being terminated from the project.

However, the rumors of the shoot being disrupted were untrue and the esteemed members of FWICE along with producer Rajesh Bhatia of Woodpecker Movies, Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Debamitra Hasan had a joint meeting with the Federation (FWICE) held on Monday 30th September 2019. 

The Federation decided that Debamitra won’t be a part of the post-production of Motichoor Chaknachoor, though the producers shall retain her credit in the film as director. Also, her dues as per the structure of the agreement will be cleared on release as discussed with FWICE and the payment for the same shall be made to the FWICE association.

The film is set to release on November 15th, 2019.
