Tom Cruise certainly seems to be on a spree of rolling out Mission Impossible films way faster than the gap he took between the first couple of films.
So, we already know that the upcoming Mission Impossible film is coming soon and there is also a range of other actors that have been roped in.
The latest to join the film is actor Nicholas Hoult. According to Variety, the actor will join Tom Cruise in Paramount and Skydance’s upcoming “Mission: Impossible” sequel, director Christopher McQuarrie confirmed on Instagram.
“Say, @nicholashoult, care to raise a little hell?” he wrote.
Cruise is reprising his role as the globe-trotting secret agent Ethan Hunt in the seventh and eighth follow-ups. McQuarrie will write and direct both, which will be shot back-to-back. Plot details are currently under wrap, but Hayley Atwell and Pom Klementieff have also joined the cast.
The seventh installment is expected to arrive in theaters on July 23, 2021, while the eighth entry will be released on Aug. 5, 2022.
