A TV show may look glamourous and presentable to in all means to the many viewers out there, who look at the finished product on a TV screen.

And in the process, it is the actors who become popular, successful and gain all the love by the fans, as they are the true face value of the show.

However, a TV show is the collective effort of a team that works tirelessly day and night, and at times in the most extreme conditions too.

An actor may still have the perks of staying away from an unfortunate incident, but the technicians, the spotboys among others continue to face those problems for the smooth functioning of the shoot.

One such incident recently happened on Colors' Shakti... Astiva Ke Ehsaas Kii, where the rains halted the shoot for a while, but while the actors had the luxury of being under shade, a couple of lightmen had to brave the rain and stand holding the equipment.

Watching this, actress Kamya Punjabi, who plays Preeto decided to post the same and acknowledge the fact that these people are the true stars and they do the true blue hardwork and they deserve an award for the same-
