“This last year brought us even closer”, Shaheen Bhatt pens a heartfelt note on sister Alia Bhatt’s birthday

Bollywood’s sunshine girl, Alia Bhatt turned 28 today and birthday wishes have not stopped pouring in for the actress. Bollywood friends and family members took to social media to pen the sweetest messages for the birthday girl.

To make her day even more special, Shaheen Bhatt shared a cute picture with her sister Alia Bhatt and also wrote a sweet message. 

Shaheen wrote, “My angel girl, You make life better in an immeasurable number of ways. You are my mirror, my witness, my ally, my support, my audience, my critic, my cheerleader, my entertainment, my sister, my child, my mother and my best friend all rolled into one very cute and clumsy package.”

She further added, “This last year, brought us even closer and I’m so lucky to have you as a co-passenger on this journey. You bring so much joy and understanding to my life and I honestly don’t know what I would do without you. Happy birthday Sweetie.”

Last night, filmmaker Karan Johar hosted a house party for Alia Bhatt at his Mumbai residence. 

Bollywood star couples Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora attended the party in full style. Director Ayan Mukerji, Shakun Batra, film producer Arti Shetty, and Aditya Roy Kapoor were also seen arriving at Johar’s house for the celebration.
