The show is on the lines of Chak De! India which emphasizes on sports politics - Priyamvada Kant

Channel V's latest venture Swim Meet by Pulse Media, is surely looking interesting with the out of the box concept that the makers have come up with. The show Swim Team, is about a group of four girls and one other girl who comes to dominate all four of them.

Priyamvada Kant, who was last seen in Hum Aapke Hai In-Laws on SAB TV is all set to enter as a spoiled rich girl. Priyamvada is always known for her character in saas-bahu soaps. This role is quite a challenging one for her, TellyBuzz got in touch with the pretty actress to know more about her character and more!

When contacted, Priyamvada says, "Swim Team is a show based on swimming where there is a group of four girls. I am essaying the character of Kanika Jamwal, a rich and influential girl who is overshadowing, dominating all four of them. Kanika is shown a cruel girl. This is the first time that the viewer will see a swim based show on Indian television. We will be showcased in swim suits all the time. The show is on the lines of Chak De! India which emphasizes on sports politics and how does each sport girl go through. It is great fun doing this show mainly because it is different from the daily soaps."

When questioned about how difficult it was for her to showcase herself in a swim suit and she answers, "It is extremely hard to be in a swim suit on the set all the time. But our directors are so good that they have made all four of us feel extremely comfortable."

This show surely has the quality to grab the audience' interest!
