Priyanka Chopra turned 37 on July 18 and her birthday bash was nothing less than a lavish celebration! Her fancy party in Miami was a star-studded affair, organized by her husband Nick Jonas. The pictures from the birthday bash had gone viral over the Internet, which made a lot of noise online! Right from the birthday girl’s dazzling red outfit to the enormous 5-tier gold and red birthday cake, everything about PeeCee’s birthday was extremely magnificent! All credits to hubby Nick, who left no stone unturned to make his darling wife’s special day a memorable one.

Nick looked over all the preparations himself along with getting the perfect birthday cake for the global star, that paired the best with her shimmery red birthday outfit. A recent report in PInkvilla revealed that the cake's order was placed by hubby Jonas. 

It was Nick's idea to have the cake made in red and gold and he placed an order with the  Miami-based Divine Delicacies Cakes. "Nick wanted it red and gold since Priyanka was wearing a red dress and she loves gold details," the cake artist revealed. 

Spilling more details about the Desi Girl’s extraordinary cake, the cake makers revealed that the team had to rush to get the cake made as the order was placed at the last minute. It took a full 24 hours to bake and decorate to give the cake its finishing gold touches. 

Considering the cake was one of its kind, it also costed at an unbelievable price. The cake makers revealed that the five-layered chocolate and vanilla cake cost over 5,000 USD which is close to a mind-boggling amount of Rs 3,45,000. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka will be next seen in The Sky Is Pink alongside Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. The film is directed by Shonali Bose and is slated to release on 11 October 2019.
