The idea of having solo acts in a couple dance reality show may be ironical to many but for me, it is a winner. And one of the prime reasons for that is because there is double the number of acts that we see. That of course also means, the unwanted drama and bizarre segments gets minimal. That is what happened this week thus making it a great episode to see.

The Change of Format From Now On For The Competition

While, till the last week, due to guests coming in and other things, there was a lot of build-up to anything that was happening in the show. In contrast, this week began with a major announcement that confirmed how the audience will no longer be responsible for voting and elimination. From now on, it will be the judges who will solemnly decide the fate of the couples. Quite a bang to begin things with.

Ridhima Jain & Shantanu Maheshwari's Respective Solo Acts Followed by Fan Interaction

This week will also witness the fans of contestants coming in and many will be given center stage for the same. While Jain and Maheshwari's respective solo acts were as good as they can be, things got merrier and heartening when their set of fans were given the stage to talk about their love for the respective contestant in interesting ways.

Dholakia's performance was hailed by the judges as almost perfect and she scored a fantastic 49 each our of 50 only missing out on the perfect score due to a couple of mistakes. But the amazing scores went on to make Dholakia emotional where she shared how she almost gave up the show a couple of days due to personal problems but this encouragement is a booster for her.

The Moment of Breaking Stereotypes

If you are especially wondering when this happened, it was when Natasa Stankovic's fan was introduced on the stage. After Stankovic's great act, the fan interaction segment continued with a fan of the actress-dancer coming in to talk about his love for her. However, owing to having a healthy body and effeminate manner, there are many who would obviously stereotype him for anything and everything. But he, himself went on to talk about how he is being said by everyone that he can't dance, can't do this or that. But that doesn't refrain him from trying without the fear of failing. A subtle moment of breaking stereotypes, indeed.

Yuvika Chaudhary's Act Followed By a Surprise

Chaudhary's act was indeed extremely emotional and amazing but that was elevated even more when she got a surprise from her brother later. Her brother came in and shared some anecdotes with the viewers making this moment even better.
