Telugu TV actress Sravani Kondapalli dies by suicide; Family cites harassment as the reason

Telugu TV actress Sravani Kondapalli, popular for her roles in shows like Manasu Mamatha and Mounaragam has reportedly died of suicide on Tuesday night at her home in Hyderabad. According to the reports, the family has alleged that the reason behind her taking her own life is harassment.

A man called Devaraj Reddy, whom the actress reportedly met on TikTok, is said to be allegedly harassing her. Reports suggest that the late actress' body has been moved to Osmania General hospital for post mortem. Her brother, Shiva, has stated that the aforementioned man was harassing her for money and in fact, also went on to threaten her to leak her videos.

He said, ''My sister told me that she is under pressure as he was blackmailing her. She said that she has a shooting to attend, but she soon took this extreme decision.” The late actress' parents have already filed a case of harassment against Devaraj. An inspector informed The News Minute that the case has been registered and the investigation is currently underway.
