Gurucharan Singh, a former Roshan Singh Sodhi from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has reportedly gone missing. The actor was last seen at the Delhi airport, where he was supposed to catch a flight to Mumbai. However, he did not arrive in Mumbai and did not return home.
The missing complaint, received by ETimes, was filed by Gurucharan's father and was printed in Hindi. In the complaint, Gurucharan's father expressed concern about his son's disappearance, stating that Gurucharan, aged 50, left for Mumbai on April 22nd at 8:30 am but never reached his destination. He remains unreachable despite efforts to locate him, including trying to contact him on his phone.
The alleged complaint reads, 'My son Gurucharan Singh, Age: 50 years, had left at 8:30 am on April 22nd to go to Mumbai. He went to the airport to catch a flight. He didn't reach Mumbai, neither has he returned home and his phone is not reachable. He is mentally stable and we had been searching for him but now he has been missing!'
Gurucharan Singh is renowned for his role as Roshan Singh Sodhi in the popular TV show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.' He decided to exit the show to prioritise his family, particularly his father's health issues. However, like other cast members who left the show, Gurucharan allegedly faced issues regarding the clearance of his dues. The situation reached a head during a controversy involving Jennifer Mistry, but ultimately, his dues were reportedly settled.
