The second wave of Covid-19 has hit the nation like a storm. The number of cases are increasing rapidly and a shortage of medical facilities has also come to the front.
During such difficult times, several Bollywood celebrities have stepped forward to gather essential information and help for the needy. Taapsee Pannu has been actively amplifying requests for medical help on Twitter.
On Monday, Taapsee responded to an user’s request for am ambulance from Delhi to Gwalior. “@SonuSood urgent required ambulance with oxygen for delhi to gwalior. Please please please anyone help” wrote the user, to which the actress reacted by saying: “Ambulance needed.”
Despite her generous efforts, an user mocked Taapsee and asked her to give away her car for Covid service. “Apni car de de punnu...sab kaam twitter per hi karegi ...baketi karwa lo iss sasti maal se” wrote a Twitter user.
Taapsee is not the one to stay mum over trolls and hit back to the hate comment by writing back:
“Can you please shut up! Like just STFU ! If this is all u wanna say in these times then hold on until this country gets back to breathing normally and then get back to your shit ways until then DONT CROWD MY TIMELINE WITH YOUR NONSENSE and let me do what I am doing!”
The ‘sasti’ comment was often used by actress Kangana Ranaut against Taapsee several times in the past.
Meanwhile, speaking of Taapsee Pannu’s filmography, the actress will also be seen in yet another sports film titled ‘Rashmi Rocket.’ Directed by Akarsh Khurana, the film is based on a Gujarati girl who is a fast runner, and Bhavesh Joshi Superhero actor Priyanshu Painyuli will play the role of Taapsee's on-screen husband in the film.
