Just like Anup Soni has been the host and face of Crime Patrol on Sony TV, Sushant Singh has been the same for Savdhaan India for Star Bharat. And just like Soni quit the show a while ago and only recently made a comeback, Singh is also all set to make his comeback to the latter for nine long months.

According to a report in Bombay Times, the show will welcome Singh back after all this while where he stopped being a part of the show in January and was replaced by Ashutosh Rana Tisca Chopra. Sushant confirmed his comeback saying, "When I was replaced, I felt that my journey on the show was over. It was a bit difficult for me to accept it and move on. However, now that I have resumed shooting for it again, I feel that I am back home.”

On being asked if he thinks he is 'indispensible' on the show, he said, "I don’t know if we can use the word ‘indispensable’, but yes, over seven years, I guess I have become the face of the show. There was a huge connect with the audience across the country. Now that I am back, I hope to put my best foot forward.”

When it comes to Chopra and Rana, they apparently weren't aware of this development. Chopra said, "My shoot is over and I don’t want to get into any controversies. It was anyways a short-term stint that I agreed to do.” While, Rana said, "My contract with the show is over and I am not aware of any other development.”
