Sushant Singh Rajput’s former assistant Sabir Ahmed makes Shocking claims: Sara Ali Khan accompanied SSR and his team on Bangkok Trip

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation has seen many new twists recently post Rhea Chakraborty’s latest interviews. The actress in her interview with India Today revealed details about their relationship and their times spent together. 

Rhea denied allegations of her family living off Sushant and revealed that Sushant Singh Rajput had been to Thailand on a trip on which he spent Rs 70 lakhs.

Now, Sushant’s former assistant Sabir Ahmed has claimed that Sara Ali Khan also went on that trip with them. He added that the trip had been undertaken for the PRO team of the late actor but they had to cut it short, during his interview with India Today.

For the uninitiated, Sara made her Bollywood debut with Sushant in their film Kedarnath which was directed by Abhishek Kapoor. 

Talking about Sara and Sushant during their Bangkok trip Sabir said: “We were seven people -- Sushant, Sara Ali Khan, Siddharth Gupta, Kushal Zaveri, Abbas, Sushant’s bodyguard Mushtaq, and me. It was Sushant’s trip with his PRO team, Sara Ali Khan, and two staff members. It was in December 2018 and we travelled by a private jet.”

In his interview with India Today, he also mentioned about their first day and their stay in Bangkok.

“Only on the first day, all of us went to the beach. But later, Sushant and Sara were in the hotel for the rest of the trip, while his friends went out to explore. They stayed at a luxurious island hotel in Bangkok,” he said.

Furthermore, he also added that the trip was cut short as there was a tsunami warning. 

Sushant’s former assistant, Sabir Ahmed revealed that while the rest of them returned, Mushtaq and he stayed on in Bangkok for a month and that Sushant had given his ATM card to them for their expenses.

Earlier, Rhea had also mentioned about Sushant’s Thailand trip and had spent Rs 70 lakh. “He went in a private jet, these were his lifestyle choices,” she added.

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 at his Bandra residence and his death investigation has finally set in motion after the Supreme Court in its verdict on Wednesday (August 19) ordered the CBI to look into the case of the late actor. With just a week post-CBI heading the investigation, there have been several big revelations and recently, a new drug angle has been uncovered in the late actor's case.
