Festivals mean colour, vibrance and explosion of joy. While pastels have been dominating 2019's festive extravaganza, there is something about white that it is so unpretentious simple yet glorious and this time seen on every celebrity and her choice of ethnic outfit.
With the on-going Ganesh festivities, many celebrities stepped out in the best of their festal ready garbs. There was a splash of colour and embroidery around, however what was striking was that they were all dressed in whites with a chirpy infusion of colour. Here’s looking at all of them in our weekly round up of style report card comprising of fashion forward ladies from the TV world...….
Vintage Chic
First up is this all white intricately embroidered suit as worn by Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame Divyanka Tripathi. Her outfit spelt elegant vintage charm courtesy the fine amalgamation of thread work and vintage sleeves.
Lovely Lotus
Next up is TV world’s favourite fashionista, Hina Khan. For the Ganpati festivities Hina brought out a lotus thread work embellished, milky white kurta and plain palazzo pants, played up with tie-and-dye dupatta.
Bling it on!
If there was one name synonymous with style and sultry then it is your favourite Naagin, Mouni Roy. Mouni kept the bling quotient high with golden butti replete georgette kurta and a delicately embellished dupatta.
Gharara Trend
Our style report card would have been incomplete without a gharara spotting, and giving this gorgeous glimpse is Niti Taylor. Like one should, Niti's outfit was enhanced with a green leheriya dupatta, multicoloured thread work border and pompoms.
Classic Blue & White
If the western wardrobe has the nautical stripes, we have the classic block print in indigo on a pristine white background worn by Srishty Rode. Srishty infused an extra doze of ethnic in her look with a white flower adorned gajra and oxidised jhumkees.
