Sridevi's next film comes to a halt, post Indo-Pak clash!

One of the most loved actress Sridevi would soon be seen in her upcoming film titled Mom. The actress's film that went on the floors this march is reported to have halted abruptly. The actual reason behind is said to be the Pakistani artists who are also a part of the film.

With an increasing tension between Indo-Pak post Uri attacks, it has led to massive agitation to ban Pak artists from working in Indian entertainment Industry.

The film features Pakistani actors Adnan Siddique who acts as Sridevi's husband and Sajal Ali who will be seen as the actresses daughter respectively.

A leading tabloid quoted a source from the film's tem stating that, "After Delhi, we had a two month schedule in Geroegia in May. The remaining portions will most probably be shot in Mumbai but it's likely to happen anytime soon given the current situation. We're waiting to hear the final schedule". (sic)

Film's producer Boney Kapoor has confirmed ot the news informing that a day's work is still pending to be completed. However, he refrained to futher informing whether he would release the film anytime soon.

It seems that makers are in mood to take any chance with the film especially at this moment when there's a resentment against Pak actors in the country.
