Splitsvilla X3: Kevin Almasifar and Kat Kristian’s fight; here’s why Kat got emotional

MTV Splitsvilla X3 is one of the most loved youth-based reality shows. It’s one of the few reality shows to have completed twelve glorious seasons. The show has been instrumental in giving some amazing talents to the industry including Aly Goni, Shravan Reddy, Paras Chhabra among various others.

The thirteenth season of the show has been quite intriguing from the first episode itself. 

The contestants got divided into two groups namely ‘Let’s Do It’ and ‘Boombam’ based on their friendships and their rivalries with other contestants. Roadies Revolution fame Kevin Almasifar is the face of the ‘Let’s Do It’ gang which also has contestants like Kat Kristian, Nikita Bhamidipati, Samarthya Gupta, Gary Lu among others. The ‘Boombam’ gang has contestants Shivam Sharma, Nikhil Malik, Jay Dudhane, Pallak Yadav, Aditi Rajput, and Bhoomika Vasishth.

In the previous task, Nikhil Malik- Bhoomika Vasisht from the golden villa and Shivam Sharma and Pallak Yadav from the silver villa won the challenge. The ‘Boombam’ gang rejoiced as most of the members won immunities and power in the upcoming dome session.

Well, as per the promo, the most loved couple on the show who also happens to be the first and only ideal match of season thirteen will be seen having a disagreement. Kevin and Kat, fondly called as #KatVin were always seen in happy space, however, as the pressure of the competition is mounting, trouble seems to have crept up between the two.

After watching the promo, the audience were wondering as to what transpired between KatVin which led to Kat being emotional. Well, India Forums has learned that Kat wanted to save her friend Samruddhi Jadhav from elimination but because of Kevin’s decision she wasn’t able to do the same which led to her getting teary-eyed.
