South Superstar Vijay's son is stuck in Canada amid the COVID-19 outbreak!

The Coronavirus pandemic has brought the world to a standstill and many nations are trying their best to combat this virus. The impact has brought down the global economy and many countries are trying their best to recover from the loss inflicted by COVID-19. Meanwhile, people on vacation or business tours outside the country are currently stuck on foreign lands.

According to the latest reports in India Today, actor Vijay's son Sanjay, who has done a couple of short films, is currently stuck in Canada.

The report also quoted sources that say Jason Sanjay completed his schooling last year in Chennai and left for abroad immediately to pursue higher studies. He is currently learning filmmaking at a popular university in Canada. Though the country has recorded the lowest number of novel coronavirus cases, reports suggest that the actor is worried about his son.

He was also advised to stay indoors and safe. 

Currently, Vijay is staying with his wife Sangeetha and daughter Divya Saasha at his residence in East Coast Road, Chennai.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vijay's much-awaited film Master was supposed to hit the screens on April 9. However, due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, the makers couldn't release it on time. In the film, Vijay will be essaying the role of a college professor and major portions were shot in Delhi.
