South actor Vijay threatened with Bomb call; Official suspect the involvement of a youngster

Earlier this week, South actor Joseph Vijay's residence was under eminent threat as Police received a call from a miscreant.

Reports in India Today claimed that the state police control room received a call from a miscreant saying that there is a bomb at actor Vijay's residence in Saligramam and that it might blow in some time. Following the bomb threat call, security forces were rushed to his house in Saligramam and alarmed his parents, SA Chandrasekar (SAC) and Shoba.

The personnel also enquired about SAC about the call and deployed police force to provide security.

The reports also suggest that Vijay along with his wife Sangeetha and kids live in a plush residence in Panaiyur on the East Coast Road. Police forces were sent to his Panaiyur residence for tight security.

An official probe has been launched by Police personnel and the officials have filed a case under cybercrime attack and conducted an investigation to nab the person who made the call. After investigation, the team narrowed it down to a youngster hailing from Alapakkam near Porur.

Currently, officials are enquiring the youngster regarding the bomb threat.

On the work front, Thalapathy Vijay is basking in the success of his latest release, Bigil, directed by Atlee. Apart from that, he is shooting for his upcoming film, Thalapathy 64 which is helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
