Sourabh Raaj Jain on Khatron Ke Khiladi 11: Looking forward to making memories of my lifetime

Sourabh Raaj Jain will be seen in the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and is currently in Cape Town, where the show is being shot. The actor got talking to us about his fears, what lead him to take up the show, his training, and more. Read his interview here.

What prompted you to take up the show?

I have always been someone who loves adventure, the thrill that adventurous activities give me, so KKK was a perfect fit for my liking. There was no thinking twice for me when I was offered the show as I have always been a huge fan of it, and cannot wait to experience the roller coaster ride that it's going to be! 

What is the biggest fear you wish to overcome?

I won't call it a fear or a phobia but insects and creepy crawlies do gross me out. Though I hope I can get over the block in my brain about them while getting acquainted with these creatures through the course of the show. 

With this, you'll be taking up one of the most popular reality shows, what are you looking to have gained through this journey?

I am really looking forward to making memories of my lifetime, the stunts, adventures all of it is surely going to test my limits and I am hoping to break my physical and mental limits. This is my second reality show and besides shaping up to become a better version of myself through it, I am also going to enjoy being on it to the fullest. 

Have you been training for the show?

Besides basic workouts at home, there has been no other concrete form of training, so I in fact used the lockdown to work on my mental strength which I feel is going to be the key to unlock every stunt this season. 

Given the ongoing virus, did you have second thoughts about the show?

Initially, there was a bit of doubt in my mind due to the pandemic scare, but the team onboard assured us that health would be a major priority throughout the shoot and all safety precautions and measures would be well in place, which made it a lot easier for me to take up KKK. 

What else is something you are looking forward to as far as the TV space or the webspace is concerned?

I am looking forward to a lot more in both the TV space and web space, but at the moment Khatron Ke Khiladi is a top priority for me and my main focus is going to lie on the show.
