Soundarya Sharma Bags MX Players' Next Big Production, Raktanchal

Soundarya Sharma has bagged her next project and it's called Raktanchal,  a period drama set in 1980’s in UP. Raktanchal, based in the heartlands of Poorvanchal, UP is inspired by true events and will be one hard hitting series. 

The show tells how the nexus of politics and mafias run together in sync. It is an MX player original series and will be Soundarya's first tryst with the OTT platform.

We spoke to Soundarya and here is what she has to say about her experience shooting for Raktanchal “ I’m so thrilled to be a part of this web series for Times MX Player, which is based on true events and people in UP. Going back to the 80’s era and to be able to live this powerful character is very exhilarating “

OTT is a great platform and there are some fantastic content pieces on it. We are about to witness our next big content piece from the country with a power packed performer as Soundarya.
