Sony Entertainment Television and Swastik Pictures' upcoming fictional show Maan Rahe Tera Pitaah, is based on a unique concept of a father and daughter relationship, brought to life by actors Pramod Moutho and Archana Taide.
During the press conference of the show, Producer Siddarth Tewary and the channel utilized the golden opportunity to felicitate some of the senior male actors of the television industry who have enacted the role of a father during their tenure.
To name some would be Raza Murad, Rajendra Gupta, Manoj Joshi, Raagesh Asthana, Ashok Bajaj, Vikram Gokhale, Sudesh Berry and Paritosh Sand.
On receiving a shawl as a token of respect Raza Murad asserted, "I feel honored to receive this token of respect and I have had a splendid working experience with Pramodji and today I sense as if he's the Man of the match and I'm here to give him my good wishes."
And Rajendra Gupta enhanced it by saying that, "For quite sometime I felt that Indian television had sidelined the full fledged character of a father and the industry had turned completely feminist, so I'm glad that Swastik and Sony have come with an untouched concept."
All others present, graced the event with good wishes and expressed their appreciation towards the show's concept on a whole.
We appreciate Sony's efforts to applaud the popular 'Fathers' of the industry..
