Sonali Bendre is eager for a Bollywood Comeback, but only on one condition! Makers are you listening

In the past year, Sonali Bendre has definitely seen a lot and emerged victorious in her battle with cancer. The actress was stationed at New York for her treatment and since then she seems to be very vigilant about her health and physique. During a recent interaction, she has revealed that she wants to make a comeback and no wonder she keeps a tab on her health levels. She has admitted that she will not pick up any roles just because it pays well. 

Owing to her Bollywood comeback, the 44-year-old actress has been on a strict diet and works out regressively. She also plans to maintain her lifestyle and physique. The actress is on a mission to get back to her normal self after her intense chemotherapy sessions. Now that the actress is in the pink of her health, Sonali is keen to make a comeback soon.

During her interaction with The Times of India, Sonali said that she is definitely interested in starring in movies. She will take up the roles that comes her way, and if she likes it, she will readily do it. 

Sonali was also asked if the illness altered her choice of scripts and to which she said that it was because that is what is important to her as it is important to find joy in her work. She further was quoted saying she will not pick up any roles just because it pays well and wants to do less ‘Rona Dhona’ roles as she has had enough of that.

Now that Sonali has revealed her conditions, the makers might have to make sure they have a wholesome script lined up for her comeback. And according to her statements, it seems like she just wants to enjoy working. Post the illness, there are a lot of factors that dictate her choice of work, concluded Bendre.
