Sonakshi Sinha Trolled for not contributing for COVID-19 Relief Fund; Shuts Down Trolls like a Boss!

At times social media can be very disturbing and off lately many celebrities having been facing unnecessary criticism. Many netizens have been tagging various celebrities and are claiming that they are not doing enough for the community as humanity fights a tough battle against coronavirus across the globe. Similarly, Sonakshi Sinha was constantly being tagged in several tweets with allegations of failing to contribute to the battle against COVID-19. 

The actress witnessed the wrath of the netizens for not contributing to the PM-Cares Fund. However, she had the most savage reply for those who intended to raise fingers at her rather than doing their bit. She gave a hard hit all her haters with the most befitting reply. 

Sonakshi tweeted late Tuesday, “Minute of silence for trolls who think that just because it wasn’t announced,contributions weren’t made.Neki kar dariya mein daal,suna toh hoga? Kuch log actually follow karte hai! Ab shaant ho jao & use ur time 2 do some actual good (announcing or not is a personal preference)Smiling face with smiling eyes.”

The 32-year-old actress has also tried spreading awareness and even observed the Earth Hour on Sunday. Posting about the same on her Instagram handle, she wrote “These are challenging times. I hope everyone is at home & safe. This #EarthHour #GIVEUP going out so we can beat #coronavirus whilst not forgetting our environment! Join me for #EarthHour2020 #switchoff today from 8:30-9:30PM to save energy and #GIVEBACK to mother Earth @wwfindia”. 

Meanwhile, the spread of coronavirus has had a global impact and several new cases have been surfacing daily. While, many patients have managed to get cured and have emerged successful in combating the virus, a few lost their lives.

To stop the spread of the virus in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi decreed a nationwide lockdown for 21-days.
