Sneha Wagh on her NGO visit to connect with suppressed women, "My only motto was connecting with them and making them feel better, meaningful & important."
Na Umr Ki Seema Ho Actress Sneha Wagh has been turning heads around with her strong negative character Amba in Star Bharat's Show. Besides her regular shoot schedule, Sneha has also been very vocal about taking on more social responsibilities.
Recently paying a visit to Trishul NGO, Sneha empowered suppressed women by speaking to them and spending quality time with them. and understanding their struggles. Speaking about her experience, Sneha shares "My only motto was connecting with them and making them feel better, meaningful & important. These women come from backgrounds that have only suppressed them. Be it their husbands or families, their experiences with them have only made them retreat more into their shell. Hence, I wanted to connect with them and make them feel good about themselves."
She further adds, "Somewhere down the line when a person is in the lowest phase of life, various questions arise in ones mind "why is it happening only with me?' or 'why me?' So it's important for them to also feel that they are not alone in the struggle of life. There are so many people around the world who face harsh difficulties and still come out of it and achieve success. I just wanted to give them hope that there is a brighter future for them out there."
Taking to her social media to share her experience of her visit at the NGO, Sneha uploaded some lovely photos of herself with the ladies at the NGO which were truly heartfelt. "At the end of the day, meeting those women and sharing my experiences and listening to theirs, I felt good. It was my gratitude towards my life", concludes Sneha.
