Siddhant Chaturvedi wins big at the Vogue Beauty Awards, hailed as ‘Fresh Face of the year’

Siddhant Chaturvedi who has gripped the nation with his power-packed performance in Gully Boy is not just winning hearts but awards too. The actor bagged the 'Fresh Face of the year" award at the glamorous Vogue Beauty Awards held last evening in Mumbai.

The actor blew everyone away with his enthralling portrayal of MC Sher in Gully Boy and his stellar performance in Inside Edge. It's no surprise that he swept the Vogue Fresh Face of the year award. Bagging this award is not only a testimony to the actor's craftmanship but also manifests his fashion choice that he is making just as a newcomer. The actor looked dapper in his formal look, dressed head to toe in a grey suit. 

Siddhant made his big debut in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy alongside Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, amongst others. His character MC Sher gained a lot of popularity and received appreciation as well. Gully Boy has received wide appreciation from the audiences all over and recently, the movie has been nominated as India's official entry into the Oscars.

The actor had taken to his Instagram to share his excitement and posted a series of pictures with the director and other actors of the film. He wrote, "Oscars !!! Gully se Global Bow down"

Siddhant is looking to further broaden his horizon and garner wider appeal and even though he is surrounded by some great scripts, he wants to play characters that hit the right chords and appeal to the mass audiences. With every project, the audiences can expect a breakthrough performance from the actor.

After Gully Boy, fans are eager to see the actor back on the big screen. Siddhant is all set to return to the franchise of Inside Edge with its sequel, Inside edge 2. Reportedly, the star has two films in his pipeline, one is an action film and the other is a comedy film. More details about it are yet to be announced.
