Shweta Tiwari became a household name for her stint as original Prerna in Ekta Kapoor's iconic love saga, Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Her gorgeous looks and amazing acting chops made many go gaga for her. Thus many are eagerly waiting for the acting debut of her daughter Palak Tiwari. After a long wait, finally it has happened. The gorgeous beauty has made her acting debut with an advertisement of an international calling app.

And obviously, Shweta Tiwari is proud of her daughter. Shweta shared the ad on her social media and wrote, "ME = Proud Mom !!! @palaktiwarii "[sic] Wishes have started pouring in instantly and we cannot wait to see Palak on a TV show or a movie after this...

Meanwhile, Palak was supposed to make her acting debut with the movie Quickie, opposite Taare Zameen Par actor Darsheel Safari. However, she refused to continue as she wanted to concentrate on her studies. Some reports also suggested that Palak would be seen in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 and Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke. However, that didn't happen as they were mere rumours.
