Shweta Gautam replaces Prachi Shah in Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam

Prachi Shah who presently plays the mother of the female protagonist Leher (Yami Gautam) in COLORS and Creative Eye's Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam will be replaced very soon.
Entering in to play the role of Mridula Mathur will be Shweta Gautam. Shweta has been a regular face in Creative Eye shows. She was presently seen in the production house's mythological show on Sahara One, Ganesh Leela. She was earlier seen essaying a pivotal role in Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann.
When contacted, Shweta Gautam confirmed the news and said, "Yes, it is true that I have joined Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam. I have been getting many mother roles on television, but I have always been apprehensive taking them. When I got this offer from Creative Eye the production house I have been part of before, I knew they would have a good role for me. After coming to the sets, I feel like a happy mother as I have two beautiful looking daughters in Yami and Parul (smiles). It is a big challenge to essay a mother's role as it requires a lot of maturity to be put into the character. But I am gearing up for the challenge".
Shweta Gautam has started shoot today, and her entry sequence will be aired sometime this week. Shweta is presently doing a show for Disney International titled Ishaan, where she plays a music teacher to the small kids.
Our source explains, "Prachi Shah has been busy shooting for a movie, and is presently out of station. But the show needs her immediately, for which Prachi could not get back. This forced the production house to go for a replacement".
We tried calling Prachi but she remained unavailable.

we'll miss prachi she looked gr8 as dulhan in the show early on, hope shweta is as convincing and that the character comes across the same as before

Will miss Prachi Shah, and Leher had a Grace luk like Prachi, seemed like perfect mom-daughter combo. But new entry, infact replacement is most welcome. And best of luck
