Shweta Basu Prasad who plays the character of Nandini in Star Plus show 'Chandra Nandini' recently gave a treat to the entire unit on the sets of her show.
Reason?
Well, the holy month of Ramadan is here and Shweta planned and Iftaari for the cast and crew.
Shweta said, "Yes, this year I organized an Iftaar party for the entire unit of 'Chandra Nandini' because I feel one should be a part of every celebration.
The month of Ramadan is pious and special, and everybody is a celebratory mode. I wanted to be a part of it. Although I wasn't fasting, I thought that it was important to come together and celebrate the Iftaari as one team. I did the same during Christmas also. I decorated my room in the studio and I love enjoying each and every festival."

I so love shweta...she was so cute in makdee. its hard to believe she's all grown up. i don't watch this show, but i know she must be doing a fab job because she is a fab actress. loved her in badrinath ki dulhania.

Well said. Nowadays women have been reduced to eye-candies and men to some kind of idealistic superhero which get all too unbelievable. Looks not acting is now the ticket to bollywood.
All films are of the same formula, predictable but sadly in poor taste.
