Shubhaavi Choksey talks about the monotony kicking in after the growth of a character stops

Actress Shubhaavi Choksey, who's one of the biggest stalwarts of the Indian entertainment industry, has proved her mettle as an actor with roles varying from grey-shaded to an out and out negative to being positive.

Without getting used to a certain type of mannerisms, the Bade Acche Lagte Hai actor has always made her characters stand out with her ability to differentiate every character, all thanks to her understanding of her craft. 

In a recent interview with us, The actress spoke about how monotonous it can be for an actor after a certain point when their character lacks growth. Talking about the same Shubhaavi said "Yes of course. The kind of person that I am who gets bored extremely fast so monotony creeps in much faster to me than anyone else around me."

Furthermore she adds "And that’s what keeps me going because what happens is I have to keep telling myself to try something new, I have to keep telling myself that what can I do to make the character more interesting by myself. I have actually done Kasauti for 1.5 years and Bade Acche for 1.5 years and these have been some of the glorious years of my life. I have not done a show more than that and I think it does take a while to actually get into the groove of it."

On the professional front, The actress was last seen in Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2 and is popularly known for cult and iconic shows like Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahanii Ghar Ghar Kii, Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 etc!
