Shivangi Joshi to play a journalist in Ekta Kapoor's next

India Forums had exclusively reported about how Shivangi Joshi of Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai fame and Disha Parmar, who was last seen in Bade Acche Lagte Hai were approached for Ekta Kapoor's new show. And now, a latest report in a leading portal confirms that Shivangi Joshi has been finalised to play the lead in the show.

Shivangi Joshi will be seen in a new avatar where it said that she will be seen playing a journalist. The mock shoot is yet to happen soon. It also mentioned that Kushal Tandon will be seen opposite her. Shivangi Joshi, who was last seen in Colors' Bekaboo.made a special appearance and was seen in a double role.

This daily soap will be the return for Kushal Tandon to the TV after six years since Beyhadh. He was seen on the popular shows Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Nach Baliye 5, Bigg Boss 7, and Khatron Ke Khiladi 5.

Oh man I was looking forward to watching Disha, back on screen but she told Ekta camp not to consider her due to personal reason. All the best to Shivangi and nice have Kushal back on screen

I am so not interested in watching Kushal Tandon 🫠 His horrible yellowing teeth and voice are not appealing at all. I hope they cast a better actor than him.
