The actor is recurrently seen in Tera Kya Hoga Alia right now and will now be seen in Ram Pyaare Sirf Humare. The first looks of upcoming show, Ram Pyaare Sirf Humare was recently revealed where the show stars actors Nikhil Khurana, Jyoti Sharma and Shamin Mannan in lead roles. The show is said to be a rom-com of sorts and will be coming on-air soon. And now, yet another update comes in for the show where actor Shiny Dixit has been roped in for the show.
The actor is recurrently seen in Tera Kya Hoga Alia right now and will now be seen in Ram Pyaare Sirf Humare.
She will be playing the role of Cherry in this new show and interestingly, the actor will be seen playing the role of an NRI in both these shows. Talking about it with Bombay Times, she said, “I think it’s destiny (smiles). The difference between the two characters is that while in ‘Alia…’, I speak in accented Hindi, in ‘Ram Pyaare Sirf Humare’, I use garbled language. Cherry is an NRI. What’s unusual about the character, is that she plays around with words and weaves them into sentences in such a way that they sound funny. Since I am nothing like the character, it is an opportunity for me to try something new.”
Talking about prepping for the new role, she said, “I practiced hard to not say any sentence in a normal manner. I have to remember that the dialogues I say are funny, yet easily comprehensible. I hope my character strikes a chord with viewers. Pulling off an accent was not that tough as I was already doing it in ‘Tera Kya Hoga Alia’, but a major task is to play around with the words, and reverse their order, keeping in mind that the sentence should make sense and make the audience laugh at the same time.”
We wish her all the best for the new project.
