The Shashi-Sumeet upcoming show on Star Plus has been in the news lately, owing to the brilliant crop of actors that the show has roped in.

The show is an adaptation of Hollywood sitcom, 'Last Man Standing' and has already roped in actors Zaan Khan, Ekta Pabari, and Barkha Singh to play pivotal roles.

The show is the hilarious roller coaster ride of a senior executive who has a wife and three daughters and the daily adventures. While Ekta and Barkha play two of the three daughters, the rest of the cast was yet to be finalized.

And now, according to a leading news portal, the principal cast has been finalized. The male lead, which is the role of a senior executive will be portrayed by celebrated actor, Vinay Pathak, while actress Smita Bansal, currently seen in 'Jaana Na Dil Se Door' will be playing the wife.

Apart from this, veteran actor Rakesh Bedi, who is currently seen in 'Y.A.R.O Ka Tashan' will be playing the boss to Vinay's character and actress Ashnoor Kaur, last seen in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' will be playing the youngest daughter.
