Shaleen Malhotra is a cool dude: Aditya Deshmukh of ‘Ziddi Dil Maane Na’

Sony SAB is set to bring an interesting show titled ‘Ziddi Dil Maane Na’ produced by Sunshine Productions. The show has a young feeling to it and the promos have left the fans excited about the show. The show features actors like Shaleen Malhotra, Kunal Karan Kapoor, Kaveri Priyam, Aditya Deshmukh, Simple Kaul among others.

India Forums got in touch with Aditya wherein he spoke at length about his character and much more. When asked about his shooting experience with Shaleen, Aditya added, “Shaleen and I had worked together for a web-series titled ‘Boys night out’. It was a murder mystery and thriller kind of a project where he was playing the investigative officer and I played the accuse. In that project, our camaraderie according to our characters were very different and in ‘Ziddi Dil Maane Na’ it will be quite different. Shaleen is very amicable, approachable and a cool dude. He makes the other actor so comfortable, that you forgot the fact that you’re shooting with a person who has played the titular role in iconic show ‘Arjun’. I have watched him play that character and now sharing screen space with him again for the second time and it’s simply amazing”.

Speaking about his character, Aditya added, “It’s a very different ballgame altogether. This is not a basic daily soap. I’m in the industry for eight years and I’ve primarily worked in daily soaps and most of the time, I played the negative characters. I played a positive part in only Colors’ show ‘Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story’. ‘Faizi’ is completely a different character as he is an Army officer. The script and character writing have enticed me to take up the project. I will be seen Special Agent Faizi who is charming and flirtatious but also has the dedication towards his work”.

‘Ziddi Dil Maane Na’ hits the TV screens from 30th August 2021.
